Why Count Kicks?

Kick counting (fetal movement counting) is a simple way to monitor your baby's well-being in the third trimester (starting around week 28).

Doctors often recommend picking a time of day when your baby is active and counting how long it takes to feel 10 movements (kicks, flutters, swishes, or rolls).
