Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bump Tracker AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App to distribute malware or harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Use AI features to generate inappropriate or harmful content

Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By using AI features, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing those features. We do not claim ownership of your content.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI features (Future Bump, Pregnancy Chat) are for entertainment and informational purposes only. You understand that:

• AI-generated images are artistic visualizations, not predictions
• AI chat responses are not medical advice
• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors
• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Bump Tracker AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bump Tracker AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
